Nimroy Hendricks was killed by a 14-year-old girl who had already stabbed her own mother. The teenager, known as Child A, had been known to social services since she was a young child and had a history of violence and carrying knives. An inquest heard this week that "missed opportunities" by police and social services contributed to the 24-year-old musician being stabbed to death. Mr Hendricks' parents spoke to Becky Johnson about the pain of losing their son, and what needs to change to spare
