The mayor of Lom has been formally charged with attempted vote buying after prosecutors gathered what they describe as sufficient evidence linking him to a scheme involving cash incentives offered to municipal employees in exchange for electoral support. According to the Sofia Appellate Prosecutor’s Office, the case concerns actions carried out by T.P. in the run-up to the April elections. Investigators say that on April 15, inside a municipal enterprise building in Lom , the mayor , acting in
