Washington Post Slashes Workforce as It Hemorrhages Subscribers

The Washington Post laid off roughly 4 percent of its workforce Tuesday, amid financial struggles and the departure of senior staff. The cuts will eliminate around 100 jobs in the Post 's business divisions, including advertising and marketing, the New York Times reported . They will not affect jobs in the newsroom.
