Ljubljana, 24 December - The agriculture company KŽK Kmetijstvo has lost the court battle for the farmland it leased from the national Farmland Fund, the newspaper Dnevnik reported on Tuesday. Some three years ago, former Agriculture Minister Jože Podgoršek was embroiled in the long-standing dispute and had to resign over an incident involving KŽK.
