At least 12 Italians aboard the Global Sumud Flotilla have been captured by Israel, Flotilla spokespersons said Monday.     Twelve Italians who boarded the Flotilla's ships headed for Gaza were captured today by the Israeli army off the coast of Cyprus, according to Italian spokespersons for the Global Sumud Flotilla.     They were joined by two foreigners residing in Italy.     The Global Sumud Flotilla also reported that approximately 20 small boats are continuing their journey to Gaza, while
