Representatives of Italy, Libya, Qatar, and Turkey met Tuesday at Premier Giorgia Meloni's office at Palazzo Chigi in Rome to review the follow-up to the Istanbul Summit of August 1, 2025 on migrant issues.     During the meeting, the results of the work conducted so far were reviewed and the next steps were agreed upon for the launch of a pilot project for a joint operations room in Tripoli to support Libyan authorities in managing irregular migration flows.     Ambassador Fabrizio Saggio,
