The Italian Ambassador to Lithuania, Emanuele de Maigret, presented the Order of the Star of Italy, in the rank of Commander, to the rector of Vilnius University, Rimvydas Petrauskas.        In his remarks, de Maigret emphasized the strength of cooperation between Italy and Lithuania in the academic and cultural spheres, particularly between Italian institutions in Lithuania and the prestigious University of Vilnius.     In thanking Italy for the prestigious honor, the rector in turn recalled
