A woman claimed she was left with a bulging eye and a brain tumour after using a contraceptive jab for over 20 years. Kirsty Moore, 37, said she started using the Depo-Provera shot, manufactured by Pfizer , when she was 16 years old and only came off the drug earlier this year after learning of its potential deadly links to meningiomas. The 37-year-old, from Dundee, was diagnosed with the non-cancerous tumour in 2021 after she began experiencing headaches and noticed a swell in her right eye.
