Sept. 2 (UPI) -- A Maryland Lottery player won a $39,969 prize from the Racetrax virtual horse racing game less than two months after he scored a $31,521 payout from the same game. The Queen Anne's County man told Maryland Lottery officials he has a routine for playing Racetrax. "I usually play 20 races, then follow the results on my phone," he said. The player followed that strategy when he bought his Racetrax tickets from the Citgo gas station South Commerce Street in Centreville on Wednesday.
