Georgian Refinery Says It Will Phase Out Russian Oil After EU Sanctions Warning

Georgia’s only oil refinery, in Kulevi on the Black Sea coast, plans to stop using Russian crude and switch to feedstock from Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and other alternative sources, according to Black Sea Petroleum chief David Potskhveria .
