National Pie Week has arrived and immediately sets me yearning for a piping hot, flavour-packed dish that provides warmth from within. Whilst I reckon Pie Week ought to fall right in the depths of winter, I'll never turn down the chance to bid farewell to the season with a proper comfort food favourite.
