Prime Minister Mark Carney spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump for the first time this morning. Carney’s office says the leaders agreed to begin ‘comprehensive negotiations’ to be led by Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc and U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick.
