It is not true that the Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA) only appears at the General Election, or close to it, says SDA chairman Desmond Lim. "We are not a fly-by-night party as (said) in the social media," he told the media during a walkabout at Jalan Mariam on Sunday (Mar 30).
