Ljubljana, 15 May - Defence officials and ministers in charge of home affairs, healthcare and infrastructure welcomed the government's plans to significantly raise defence spending at an event in Ljubljana on Thursday. They agreed that the money spent on defence is not only used to purchase arms but also for civilian purposes.
