Tennis legend Serena Williams has revealed that she has removed a "grapefruit" sized cyst from her neck - and told fans that she is "getting better." The 43 year old sports star has been dealing with a cyst that " kept growing", for a while. Following a series of tests, she was given the all clear of it being malignant. But doctors were still worried that it could become infected or leak. And so it was at this point the mum of two underwent surgery and has now given her concerned and loyal
