Police responded to a reported domestic violence incident involving strangulation on March 10, before the suspect fled, triggering a dangerous pursuit near West Desert Inn Road and South Decatur Boulevard. The suspect was tracked by an air unit as he drove erratically through the area before crashing his vehicle and attempting to escape on foot.
