A father has been caught cheating on his driving theory test by hiring a stand-in to take it for him, a court was told . Drilon Hasaj, 30, handed over his provisional licence to an individual he met via Instagram who then sat the exam on his behalf - and passed. However, the scam was later uncovered when investigators reviewed CCTV footage at the Uxbridge test centre in west London. Hasaj, from Barnet in north London, subsequently confessed to providing his driving licence for fraudulent use.
