A Louisiana man faces multiple charges after he allegedly fled a traffic stop, jumped into a swamp and was attacked by an alligator while attempting to evade law enforcement on Sunday evening. Victor M. Rivas, 40, of Montz, was taken into custody following a multi-agency search that required the use of drone technology to locate him in the marshland. Body camera footage released by the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office captured the moment an alligator trailed and ultimately attacked Rivas as
