Gianluca Rocchi said at the weekend that he was suspending himself from his position as the referee selector for Serie A and Serie B after it was reported that criminal prosecutors have put him under investigation for alleged sporting fraud.     Rocchi is accused of having tried to influence some VAR decisions and getting referees that Inter were happy with assigned to some of their matches last season.     He denies any wrongdoing and said in a statement that he is certain he will be cleared.
