ITV has announced a new space thriller about a woman who goes missing amid a Moon mission. Six-part lunar thriller First Woman sees Adolescence star Ashley Walters play Ben Reith, who wakes up one day to find that his wife Claire ( Andrea Riseborough ) has gone missing. It’s the start of a global news story "because Claire is an astronaut crewing the UK’s first moonbase and she’s disappeared into the long lunar night", said a synopsis from the broadcaster .
