Mark Williams and Barry Hawkins have voiced their concern over the lack of communication following the World Snooker Tour's (WST) decision to axe this year's Saudi Arabia Masters. On Saturday, the WST confirmed in a statement that the Saudi tournament had been scrapped from the calendar, merely two years after its inaugural staging and despite a 10-year agreement having been announced. Judd Trump and Neil Robertson have claimed the only two editions of the competition, each pocketing £500,000.
