The Iran war is hitting global food supply chains, with tens of thousands of tons of aid delayed as shipping through the Strait of Hormuz is disrupted. According to the United Nations, emergency food deliveries are now stuck at ports as shippers contend with backlogs caused by the strait’s closure.
