ANKARA American chess grandmaster Daniel Naroditsky, a former world youth champion and one of the sport’s most influential modern voices, has died at the age of 29, the Charlotte Chess Center said on Monday. “The Naroditsky family shares the sad news of Daniel’s unexpected passing. Daniel was a talented chess player, educator, and beloved member of the chess community,” the center said on the US social media company X. “We ask for privacy as the family grieves.” The cause of death was not
