Ljubljana, 9 May - Voters will head to the polls on Sunday for a referendum determining the fate of a new bill on pension bonuses for artists for outstanding achievements, which overhauls provisions dating back 50 years. The outcome of the opposition-initiated vote hinges on turnout, as nearly 340,000 votes against are required for a rejection.
