Actor Alec Baldwin may not face any jail time, even if convicted, in the death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of “Rust” after a gun enhancement charge was dropped. According to reports, the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office dropped the gun enhancement charges against Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed on Feb. 20.
