Kimi Antonelli has said it is too early to set his sights on being crowned Formula One world champion after the 19-year-old Italian won the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday for this second consecutive victory and became the youngest-ever leader of the driver's standings.     "Of course it's still too early to think about the championship but we're on a good way," said the Mercedes driver.     Antonelli is top of the standings with 72 points, nine more than his British teammate George Russell, who
