A judge in Turin on Wednesday refused to approve an agreement for Stellantis and Ferrari Chairman John Elkann to do a year of community service in order to close a criminal investigation into alleged tax evasion over the Agnelli family inheritance.     The case regards the inheritance of the estate of Elkann's grandmother Marella Caracciolo, who was the wife of former Fiat boss Gianni Agnelli and died in 2019.     It was sparked by a dispute which sees Gianni Agnelli's daughter Margherita
