Pope Leo XIV will carry the cross on the Via Crucis (Stations of the Cross) at the Colosseum on Good Friday while the meditations will come at the pope's request from the Holy Land, the Vatican said Tuesday.     Leo will carry the cross at all the stations, it said.     The meditations have been written by Father Francesco Patton of the Custody of the Holy Land, former Custos and currently at the Mount Nebo monastery in Jordan, "at the Pope's request," the Holy See Press Office reported.
