Italy's world number one Jannik Sinner was at Milan's San Raffaele hospital on Monday to do a series of checks following the physical meltdown on May 28 that saw him exit the French Open in the second round.     The 24-year-old lost 3-6, 2-6, 7-5, 6-1, 6-1 to Juan Manuel Cerundolo after caving in physically when he was on the verge of victory in the third set amid searing heat at Roland Garros.     Sinner arrived at the hospital early on Monday and is expected to leave in the evening.     After
