Tom Kerridge has shed light on what fellow celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is like "in real life", claiming he has an on-screen "persona". Tom, who returns to our screens tonight for the Great British Menu , made the comments while chatting about TV cookery stars, including the late cook and restaurateur Keith Floyd, whom he described as "brilliant". It wasn’t just one chef who earned praise, though. Tom said everyone brings their "own different skillset", adding that Saturday Morning star James
