The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to reports that a vehicle had been involved in a collision on Argyll Street, Westminster, at around 4.30am on Sunday morning. The 29-year-old driver of the car was arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder, GBH, dangerous driving and drink driving. She remains in custody.
