Historic mill to become a slow food culinary education hub

In the heart of Buzău Land, a region visited annually by over 100,000 tourists, a forgotten building is about to be given a new lease on life. The old mill in Policiori village, located just a few kilometers from the famous Mud Volcanoes, will be restored and transformed into “The Mill Between Fire and Earth”, Romania’s first interactive culinary educational center dedicated to local gastronomy.
