A top Labour minister has been grilled over billions of pounds of planned cuts to disability benefits amid escalating anger among MPs. Technology Secretary Peter Kyle declined to be drawn on the changes - expected to be set out next week by the Work and Pensions Secretary, Liz Kendall.
