Accused in Lapu-Lapu Day festival attack found fit to stand trial

The man accused of killing 11 people in an alleged car-ramming attack at the Lapu-Lapu Day Filipino festival in Vancouver in April has been found mentally fit to stand trial. In addition to 11 counts of second-degree murder, Kai-Ji Adam Lo faces 31 charges of attempted murder that were filed against him on Wednesday.
