BBVA SA Chairman Carlos Torres discusses the bank's $19 billion offer for Banco Sabadell SA, which was rejected by three quarters of shareholders late Thursday. "We move on, and we continue to look ahead," Torres tells Bloomberg's Kriti Gupta.
