After five months of delay, Canada-U.S. Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc was in D.C. to resume face-to-face negotiations where he met with U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. Back in October, U.S. President Donald Trump called off talks in response to an anti-tariff TV ad from the government of Ontario.
