Jacob Rees-Mogg blew £1,152 of taxpayers’ cash having paintings removed from his Parliamentary office. The Brexiteer and former Commons leader lost his seat in July’s election. All MPs are entitled to claim costs for “winding up” their offices - both in their constituency and in Parliament.
