March 6 (UPI) -- Russia is helping Iran by giving it intelligence on American troops, ships and aircraft during the U.S. and Israeli assault on the Middle Eastern nation. The intelligence Iran has received on potential U.S. targets in the region -- naval vessels, military bases and the locations of other American assets -- has largely been provided using Russia's massive space-based surveillance apparatus, CNN reported.
