I'm just keeping Celtic seat warm - O'Neill
Bogdan Hofbauer
Martin O'Neill says he is only "keeping the seat warm" for a permanent Celtic manager and that he had to "pull myself up off the floor" when he was asked to take interim charge. O'Neill, who left Celtic Park 20 years ago after a trophy-laden spell, will take over following Brendan Rodgers' shock resignation on Monday. That exit was followed by a blistering statement from major shareholder Dermot Desmond, who described Rodgers' actions while in the job as "divisive, misleading, and self-serving".
