On Thiruvalluvar Day, PM Modi recalled the teachings of the great Tamil saint Thiruvalluvar, who wrote that even in tough times one should not weaken or run away from difficulties, but strengthen the mind and move forward with determination. Noting that Tamil Nadu is the land of Saint Tiruvalluvar, the PM said that his works gave the youth a new direction and inspired them to achieve their goals. He also highlighted Thiruvalluvar’s message that courage, self-respect, dignified behaviour and
