KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s plan to keep its debt low while simultaneously spending big over the next five years as part of its development roadmap requires a confluence of favourable factors for the huge undertaking to succeed, say analysts. They add that geopolitical tensions could seriously challenge the Anwar administration’s fiscal and
