Italy's annual inflation rate fell to 3% in June, down from 3.2% in May, according to a provisional estimate released by Istat on Tuesday.     The national statistics agency said its consumer-price index was flat this month compared to last.     "The slight slowdown in inflation reflects the price dynamics of unprocessed food (from +5.5% to +4.5%), of services related to recreation, including repair and personal care (from +3.0% to +2.7%), and services related to transport (from +1.7% to +1.1%),
