Maxim Chupilkin is an associate economist at the EBRD Office of the Chief Economist. He holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago and BA in Economics from New Economic School and Higher School of Economics. At EBRD, Maxim works in the Global Economics team where he focuses on international political economy for the Regional Economic Prospects and the Transition Report.
