Global technical services leader Equans establishes IT hub at One Cotroceni Park

Global energy and technical services provider Equans, part of the French Bouygues Group, has established its Romanian headquarters and launched a local IT hub at the One Cotroceni Park Office building in Bucharest. The company has commenced a local recruitment drive to support the new operation. The lease transaction for the 1,600 square metre office space was advised by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
