ISTANBUL The United Arab Emirates announced late Tuesday that it has reached an agreement with Israel to deliver urgent humanitarian aid from the Gulf country to 15,000 civilians in the Gaza Strip. UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan spoke by phone with his Israeli counterpart, Gideon Sa’ar, to coordinate the delivery of urgent food assistance and essential supplies, according to the official Emirati news agency WAM. “The aid will address the food needs of approximately 15,
