Body cam footage obtained by The California Post on Thursday shows that when Garrett was pulled over for speeding at around 1:35 a.m. on Feb. 21 in Wayne County, Ohio, a police officer cut him a big break with the citation that allowed him to take care of the matter without having to show up in person at a courthouse. “This is going to be a citation for your speed,” the officer told the
