Sam Innes, 24, says he's got his dream job working in hospitality at a luxury West End hotel. Sam, who has Down's syndrome, studied business and retail at college but says because of his learning disability, it was really difficult to find a job. He joined the Waldorf Hilton hotel as part of the Down Syndrome Association's Workfit programme and after rave reviews from other staff and customers, he was given a permanent role at the hotel. Now Sam says he'd like to see more people with Down's
