The winter's first cold snap is coming and temperatures will fall to up to eight degrees below the seasonal average starting Friday, forecaster Lorezo Tedici said Thursday.     On Friday there will be possible snowfall at low altitudes in the northwest and in the hills of central and southern Italy.     Minimum and maximum temperatures will drop to around 6-8 degrees below average for the period.
