The Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) rejected, last night, the candidacy of Călin Georgescu in the presidential elections in May. The invalidation of Georgescu's candidacy was voted by ten of the 14 members of the BEC. They claim that the representatives of AUR, POT, USR and SOS voted to validate Călin Georgescu's candidacy in the presidential elections. According to the cited sources, Călin Georgescu lacked a signature on one of the annexes to the file, representing the declaration of assets.
