A teenage killer who launched a horror knife attack on 12-year-old Leo Ross has been named for the first time. Kian Moulton was sentenced to life with a minimum term of 13 years for the murder on Tuesday. Leo Ross was walking home from school in Birmingham on January 21 last year when he was stabbed to death in a "random attack" by Kian Moulton, then 14-years-old.
